To Go into Harrington House your must Beat the game twice. if that dosent work then this is what i did.

When I Finished The Mission Weed Killer I Took The Poison Weed Killer From Harrington house on that mission and put it in my room.

Then when i finished the game the second time it said something like You Unlocked Harrington

and now i can enter the house any time i want to No not the Light House.

there is only one way to get the ride on mower and drive it around town and thats when you do the frist mission with zoe when your done the mission then its just sitting ther and you can take it for a ride. NOTE: driveing the ride on mower around town is VERY slow and boring...
