What an absolute idiot. Firstly the 34 warships quote was found to be overestimated and the real number was closer to 5 with the Indian navy also deploying their own warships. Secondly he didn't just go 'to see the festival of lights' but to visit a emerging power and sighed 10 BILLION $ worth of deals creating 50,000+ US jobs- the main stated purpose of the visit. This is all part of closer ties between the two just as Indian PM was FIRST state dinner for Obama- he is returning the gesture.

Okay ppl this is the TRUTH about the trip. It will cost 200 mil.....in rupees, which equals out to be about 4.5-5mil usd. I don't see a problem with him going to India. Maybe he's checking on his direct t.v account(cause all their employees are in India) but seriously ppl. Beck got this crap from Bachman who got the info from an Indian paper.
