I agree with omgitsant. The whole "beautiful imagery" stuff was cool when it was original (i.e. the Yeah Right intro) but I think people are becoming over-obsessed with it. Skate companies are getting deluded by all the latest and greatest camera-works and styles, but it gets tiresome, especially when half a video isn't eve skating like this one. I still prefer watching the old stuff film with a shitty fisheye trailing from behind.

@DigitalL3gend It's not that there's anything wrong with it, I just think it's excessive.  Skate videos used to encourage you to go out and skate and film because it was real and attainable. But now all the new technologies and stuff are making skating less and less accessible. I guess in that I am stuck in old ways.

Besides, if I wanna see "beautiful images" I'll go watch a Wong Kar Wai movie or something; there's nothing special about the cinematography in these vids.
