From the US but I honestly prefer Football (soccer) over American-football (hand-egg) because anybody can play football, all you need is a ball and people to play with, with hand-egg you need pads, a helmet, etc. And seriously football takes way more skill both mentally and physically than hand-egg. @dtrainduran I coach varsity. I like to use drills that keeps the kids moving all the time. To warm up I always start with 4 laps around the field at whatever pace the kids want and stretching after every lap. Then I usually go into a small, closed in field where the kids all have a ball and they dribble doing different moves or skills that I call out for about 5 minutes. That's just the start but if you want to know about specific drills send me a personal message.
