So how do you figure its a scam by watching this? I've had the pleasure of meeting Jon on a few occasions and he is inspirational. This is not a scam, but like everything to do with weight loss, you require discipline. His whole concept makes sense and is quite enlightening.

Why not just be honest & say "This is our method" or "This is the way we do it"....If it's self hypnosis well just come out & say it. And why would I sell a book that doesn't work? I believe there are many ways to lose weight. I myself am doing the 4 hour body by Tim Ferris. It's working :-)

Everything I've read about it points to "reaching your highest potential" & just looking at Tim Ferriss's CV it would seem he's into everything under the sun from being the best Tango dancer in the world to holding his breath under water not sure if he's some kind of bored thrill seeker who needs the rush or a "self achievement junkie". He says clearly that the issue is not the amount of food but the quality of that food; and he is right; because when I was a kid in my home country I eat a lot, soup and main course on lunch and dinner and I was skinny; in Au I eat less but I put weight, and that was because I ate Junk food and drink soda; we need Fat, and the right fat will never make you fat. It does sound effortless. I had never consumed any omega3 as I am a vegetarian. I have started eating omega3 oil pills now.
Also, there is lack of protein in my diet since I don't eat meat or sea foods. What would be a vegan way for proteins?
Furthermore, I found it very hard to visualize so I had given up that CD in the past, need to pick it up again.
Also, where can I find flax seeds in Australia (super markets or health food stores).
