Well it works but it doesn't work. It has a placebo effects that makes you think it works that makes you feel better. But it really doesn't do anything, already experimented with it. The guck and stuff is in there even if you don't put it into your ear. It was fun watching this video though. At least you're having fun :).

Stupidity at its best!! You can put an ear candle into your bum hole or nostril and the end result will be the same! Try burning one on its own then open it, but if you put it in your ear for the first 30 seconds you get wax vapour onto your eardrum! Experiment before you put that shit in your ear!

BS that is not ear wax, it is the residual wax from the ear candle dropping down the inside of the tube. Don't believe me?

Take a tiny cotton ball and push it all the way to the bottom of the ear candle and repeat the procedure. End result will be the wax from the ear candle falls on cotton ball, nothing will come out of the ear.

The ear candle should NOT be held straight up. It works but to do it correctly it has to be done at the natural angle of the ear. You need to either read directions or search on google. It definitely works though

Had a friend do this and test it at his lab he works at sigma-aldrich Turns out the 2 samples they took.. 1 used candle and 1 unburned candle ..there was no DNA or dirt from him or his ear ..just low grade wax from the candle which turns color at diffrent temps ..The heat made from the candle does -NOT- made suction to -pull- out anything Nor can the heat melt the wax in your ears

Ive tried it. The cone burning heats the wax and sucks it out. You'd be amazed by how much crap builds up it your ear after so many years.

I'm not sure but I heard that these candles are fake. I heard that if you burn one without putting it in your ear, the wax will still be their. It could be fake. You might want to try it to see if your getting ripped off.

Its BS, google ear candling, it doesn't do anything for the ear, though sometimes the candle wax drips down and plugs the ear worse ! A few house fires have started from it, and one lady burned and later died from the burns. Just another woo-woo home remedy thats all in the head !

Candling is one of the worst things you can do to get rid of wax. It would be a lot safer to use a q-tip.
