  • Hey, show some respect for the music and don't talk while people are singing!

  • Have you shopped this to PBS for use at the end of some of their odd-length programs? They sometimes use short films to fill out the hour.

  • Phenomenal video and such amazing singing. Thanks for posting!

  • Very beautiful, reminds me of going to Granny and Pa's church down in Eastern Kentucky when I was a child! Thank you for keeping it alive!

  • It's good to see that modernity's emptiness can be fought off. Modernity more often than not offers nothing at the table. Godspeed!

  • im very glad to see that Sacred Harp is still alive and well in Hoboken. David and Bryant and the whole Lee family are very, very special people.

  • Wonderful video. Beautifully done.

  • Well done! A few years ago I attended the Rocky Mountain Sacred Harp singing convention in Colorado. Its sponsors had brought David Lee and his family to teach a 'singing school' the night before the convention began. The Lees shared their family stories along with lore about the music - a very emotional and inspiring event. Thanks for posting these informative and enjoyable videos!

  • Very well done! Thank you!
