Mine is in .40 cal and yours looks like a very faithful reproduction. I cant tell the diference except looking at the brass inner barrel when the weapon is pointed at the camera.

Look at the recoil on that. It's amazing. Now imagine that gun with a full metal or steel slide. The recoil will be awesome. Just like the Tokyo marui desert eagle with a full metal slide and custom "super" recoil spring. Be just like a .22lr from a Ruger Mk2 pistol.

I don't have as much of an appreciation for airsoft as you do but I do think they are cool toys, but nothing more.
