  • hey am a shotputter and discus thrower too .. and am throwing 29-31 ft .in shot put ... but i wanna know if theres a tips or drill that would make me throw farther?

  • great video coach! i'm from japan and i'm 17 years old but my throws for shot and disc aren't that very good, do you think you can help me out by giving me some excersizes and tips? thank you

  • Hi, I'm 13, I'm pretty strong for my age, my ussual throw is between 8 meters and 8.9 meters. Been doing it on and off, any excersizes you recommend me to do for shot put? I'm also very good in Discuss. Any tips? Thanks.

  • Very good drill. I will use this drill to help fix my problem with releasing. I have a tendency of just pushing the shot off my hand, but I don't use my finger.
