HAHAHA! So you fell for the same trap I did Nightfall? Now I don't feel so bad... And hearing you read the meadow scene again brings forth the irritation I had towards this book.

I like Twilight, yeah I admit it.. but the whole sparkly thing.. Wtf is Edward? A unicorn? -.- That's the only part that fails miserably to me. And then in the movies it's like.. you never see the "evil" vampires sparkle. Lol.

Actually, I have. It's been a while since I read a vampire novel (the last being "Child of the Night" by Nancy Kilpatrick) but I do watch vampire movies/anime series from time to time. If you watched the first video (Vol. 1), the vampire movie/series references (not really counting the Simpsons example) were some that I have watched in the past.

I guess it's because I have not really bothered to watch/read anything with vampires in a while. Not that my love for them has died down. Far from it.

real vampire fans (aka NOT twilight whores) should read the vampire kisses series by ellen schreiber. it has all of the vampire cliches, but she uses it in a unique way and the characters and storyline are really enjoyable...and not sparkly. XD

To tell you the truth, I haven't watched Trinity Blood (haven't watched a lot of animated series and what not these days).

OKay, I never read Twilight (told to stay away from it) except for an MSTing on an online friend's LJ, and...what you were reading in Chapter 13...okay, I felt like I was going to VOMIT. Seriously, that was horrible! XD

My sanity didn't last long. v.3 (Edward the Statue) showed it by how short it was and how my brain had went in deep shock.

Whenever my friends are curious about Twilight, I tell them they can go for it if they really want to but warn them about Chapter 13.
