If you had it done by someone who was "legal clergy".There are a lot of Pagans who have become legal clergy through various organizations. If you look up marriage licenses where you live that should give you more info into what you kinds of things you would need to do after getting the license.
My friend who got me into this knows people who can carry out the ceremony but ill have to find out if its a legal thing or not. even if its not my boyfriend has said we could do the ceremony and then have a registary office wedding just to make it legal. but we have ages before needing to worry about stuff like that :)

@claoufaeng In the us all marriages are aloud except Gay ones unfortunatley. Religously though it doesn't matter as long as you have a license.
