USB (Universal Serial Bus) Media Playback Feature Overview

Hi, I did buy one. The movie playback is very limited. Most of the filetypes played but only a few played with sound. Most of the file formats played but without sound. My google search for this model has not returned any results towards this problem.

I have a sharp LE820 aquos. When I try to watch my movies on my usb external hard disk using my external speaker, there is no sound coming out. I used the usb port on the tv to plug in my usb external hard drives because that's where all my movies are. I plug in my external speaker on the audio output. The thing is, it works when I play my PS3. Can you help me with this? Thank you so much.

Can you set it up to play videos in continuous mode so when the video ends it automatically starts from the beginning without you having to press play. I'm asking because my church wants to be creating power point video files and have it play continuous in the lobby as means of Digital signage.
