The other side of the coin which is not mentioned in the scene is Israel. Wolfowitz, Perle, and Feith and the other "neo-cons" were also pushing this war to take out one of Israel's top enemies (Saddam Hussein). But no criticism of Israel is allowed in any US media or any Hollywood picture.

Amazing scene. Love it. Although I hate Cheney, he did bring up a key point:

They used 9/11 to go into Iraq to have control of their oil and it was a busniess decision.

@chrisconnell Except that "Islamo-facsisim" is a boogeyman made up by Neo-cons to provide an excuse for their perpetual "war on terror" and thus the fulfillment of the scenario you see portrayed here. This scene presents this grand strategy in a way that is almost appealing to American audiences, that seems good for America -- instead of good for Israel, oil companies, banks, and the defense industry, which is the reality.
