  • @blueswan...they set it up like that to profit out of people. It is a dog eat dog world and it sickens me.

  • @Decadence161 You better not disappoint! GET IN THERE AND KICK THERE ASSES with more competitive product, don't be limited to technologies that will only make you money and be afraid to venture into new ideas. Money sometimes holds industries back when it comes to innovation. that's why you have to not just give a fuck about cash, care only about passion. i know it takes money to run a business but don't try to get more than you need. it's either need or greed The record industry runs on greed

  • @Decadence161 artists make most of their money from concerts.

  • the reason why people pirate is simply because the industry has failed to offer services competitive with the pirating market. they do charge to much, and most people don't have that money. which is why this fucked up organization sues people.

  • THE FBI ANTI PIRACY WARNING SAYS THEY INVESTIGATE PIRACY This includes piracy without monetary reasons The FBI and the RIAA on their websites encourage people to report piracy.

The FBI the RIAA and other anti piracy org. call piracy a crime of stealing Thousands of people have been sued and this RECORDED conversation was ignore. This is unfair to all the people that have been sued and had to pay.

  • I don't get it, if downloading stuff from the internet is illegal, why make the option available in the first place? Why not secured the option so that it would be legal like itune for example.

  • Music one day, long ago was an art. These days, it's away to make millions and sue every one! I hate big companies. -_-

  • UNFAIR While other people were being sued the RIAA and FBI ignored the following conversation A NC police officer named the name Kazaa discussing how the songs are arranged in groups and you just click and get them He said its the thing to do everybody is doing it He bet his daughters had downloaded a thousand songs on his computer He had to buy a new computer his old one FILLED UP WITH MEMORY He laughed and said he hoped the federal government did not come and investigate him

  • @Decadence161 I dont really see what the issue is with piracy anyway since most of the artists out there that i see are already extremely wealthy as it is. You are making it sound like they are poor and need to make a living when they are actually stinking rich. These artists already make way too much money compared to what they actually contribute to society. There are more important people in society such as doctors, engineers, architects etc. that make this world a better place.

  • now that's just being fucken greedy

  • Wow you can go to jail then be sentenced to a lifetime of poverty by the sick fucks called riaa

Killing a person only gets you 15 years in jail and 15000$ fine

Damages of 10:1 are excessive so that's damages of 250000:1

  • @fartinthewind13 That is called The Prison Industrial Complex. They go after smokers as well.

  • i will spread the word, and everyone should, about how the mother fucking RIAA, MPAA, disney company and other corporate faggots need to be destroyed- do NOT buy music from them, do not give them more money. rather- support the creative authors by donating them directly. i know i always will...

  • I like this guy, i agree with his thoughts on hip-hop, underground is the way to go. Maybe we should learn that sueing single mothers, is wrong. tech-9 said it best "the industry's a bunch of fuck'in punks"

  • the south killed hip hop.......

  • (((rolls eyes))). Wrong. Hip Hop killed Hip Hop the way that hair bands killed metal and rock. Same with punk and disco and other such trendy genres. They all started out good but turned into laughable parodies and cliches of the originals. It's the way of pop culture. Get over it. Hip Hop is dead. Has been for a long time now.

  • yes and no. Also Major labels had a very big role in killing music. They jump on something that is new, distorts it, thus makes money and when nobody buys it dumps

  • Where did you get the idea that he works for ACORN? You FAUX head. Clean the right ing bullshit out of your brain.

  • God, yeah, I concur, Mr. Beach. Yeah, the recording industry is a victim of its own incompetence and cynicism. As top 40 erodes, consumer sophistication has improved. The demand is for quality, and the industry delivers crap at an unreasonable price.

Intellectual property rights claim to protect the artists and innovators. BS. It is about funnelling profits upwards while cutting thinner slices for artists. Anyone who knows the artists knows they get ripped off.

    You rock.

  • I hate that stanky leg that halle berry shit all that bullshit I can't stand that mess!~

  • We may differ on certain stuff, but I got your back Brian.

  • You're right, the music sucks.

    Stanky Leg???? huh.

I'm glad that you expressed your opinion.

Nowadays, it's not but Nigga Non-Sense music.

I listen to Talk Radio, J-Pop, Rock, Jazz, Old School Hip-Hop.

    Keep the videos coming brother.

  • check out the music I put from the singers on my channel. No I am notg singing it. I am a terrible singer. Check out the music from the 2006 peace concert I have uploaded.

  • Is it not classic that it was a woman that they choose to use as an example. If they had just stoned her to death or burned her up you would have thought we where in a third world country.

Immortal Technic is a fav of mine. He talks about the system to a t. "Caught In A Hustle". One love

  • never have never will.

  • The Real CD or Record is always best. But when broke go to Half Price Books or other such stores... let other people buy it and then go search for want you want or tape it off the radio! :) Peace and Love. Sarah Dayton

    Peace and Love.

  • The recording industry is a bunch of fucking morons who should have adapted to the new technologies 10 years ago (when Napster was big), and blame each and every of their problems on "piracy". I think - and hope - that new distribution models as pioneered by, for example, Nine Inch Nails and Radiohead will hasten the demise of this morally bancrupt industry.

  • The years of over priced albums is over, Cd's are on their way out.

Personally I have not downloaded any tracks online in like seven years, Nor have I purchased anything at retail either.

Do consumers really need the recording industry anymore? File sharing has open up new possibilities for independent musicians and performers,
