After ~50 years, russian language in Latvia - consequence of Soviet Union will almost disappeared. Yes, its true, that in Riga, half speaks russian, Daugavpils huge part, in some few cities too. But in Latvia, its not 50 %. Dont be funny. And The new generation of latvians knows less russian language. Those who grew in Soviet times, they know russian language - of course. :)

for some reason many Afghan can learn other languges reallly quick...I dont speak Latvian but i can speak 7 languages and can read and write fully in Pashto, English, Urdu and Little bit Persian and Arabic... i have learnt some in School, college and someother from my father.
