Getting back into skating, I have an Almost Mullen deck but its way to small for me. going to give it to my nephew. I wear a sz 12 shoe so going to see how I like 8.0 or bigger.. any suggestions on new decks? ive been away from skating for a while.

Why do people buy boards based on their shoe size. Sure if your bigfoot get a board according to your shoe size. But it all depends on what you want to do with your skateboard. Its all personal preference. I know people with a size 12 - 13 shoe size that skate 7.5.

@z3r034 i say 7.75 is a good starting deck its not the smallest it has a good standing base for your feet and its not the biggest so you wont have to put too much effort in trying to flip the board and it all depends on your experience in skateboarding also

@z3r034 No..its not that hard.. I started my skateboarding in a 8.0 .. it didn't take long make a high flip.. and theres an advantage in using 8.0 at first.. 8 are the heavy ones, so if you get a 7.5-7.75 .. you'll get a much higher flip.. ^^
