the story was confusing... at first Angeal (Zacks mentor) was a good guy but then he was a bad guy after joining Sepheroth but then suddenly he came to the HQ when it was attack requesting to help zack...at the end he disappear and we have to fight him...again...

Kingdom Hearts IS a Final Fantasy spin-off, effectively a FF game for kids that uses a simplistic storyline and controls...

this game should have gotten atleast a 9.5...best graphics, HOURS of gameplay, music, and it fills in the gaps to clouds past...after beating this game i went right into FF7 on ps1. just had to replay the original...great game

That is such a great game. I´m playing it on my PSP and I´m really impressed.

Just finished FF 7 (again ^^) and it´s nice to see how well-crafted this title is altough it´s "just" a spin-off of the series.

If you like FF7, you´ll definitely like this game. :-)

what haha? its not 3-5 hours long you dipshit. I was around 18 hours when i finished the game but I did some side quests and i was only at 4% finished with all the side quests.

This game is normal play length and even if you do beat the game there is tons of side mission and materia fusion for better skills.

Its a great game.

However, I totally agree with this review. If you would have seen XPlay's review of Crisis Core, You would be totally disappointed by the overall rating they submitted within the game.

I espically find the mastered cutscenes throughout the game, Really boosts the hardware of the PSP, So therefore in my opinion; I find this game 5 out of 5. :)

I didn't really play through too much, and what I did play through was mostly out of boredom. Whenever I start a game and it sucks, I keep going, because I think 'Resident Evil 4 sucked at first, but that's because you just have a handgun.' So I usually give games a chance, and this one just let me down.

I've played through it a lot, the battle is unbearable. If you love FFVII that much, then yeah, you won't mind. But overall, the battle is soooo tedious. It isn't remotely like Kingdom Hearts, to be honest. Kingdom Hearts had... well, combos. You could actually do more than one attack at a time. But in this game, it's overflowing with one-button combos. I personally hate this game, aside from the graphics and all.

The side-quests don't get you anything either.

The fact that you hit X, watch him attack, hit X, etc. etc. makes it really slow. Really, it wouldn't change anything if SE made the one-button hits a string of combos. Even if it's just XXX for one combo. Just one would be adequate.

It feels like it's trying to fuse the battle systems from Final Fantasy X-2 and Final Fantasy XII.

side quests get you items and materia that you cannot get otherwise, crisis core is not meant to be a kingdom hearts clone, oh and in kingdom hearts especially 2 (which was shit) you could just bash x and finish the game that way, crisis core was just plain fun, i had fun just playing with my materia (like in ffvii) and finding millions of ways to take down bosses
