Great top 20. I agree with 80 percent of the choices. Ducktales should definitely have been one (moon stage). Personally FAXANADU is the most memorable for me. I'm now 34 and I still hear that shit in my head. lol. thanks for sharing triistone, you certainly brought me back.

Even though its overrated its still probably the best song in any Mega Man game (my opinion) and that alone puts it high in the list.

Hmm its pretty good...but I still think there are better themes...X intro stage, Zero's theme in X and X3, X vs Zero battle (in X5), Gravity Beetle's Stage, Storm Eagle's Stage...the list goes on...but thats just my opinion as well...Dr.Wily's stage is quite good too, especially considering it was made in the NES era

In my opinion, Mega Man 2 has one of the best soundtracks of any game.. ever... The themes will get stuck in your head for days..Thinking back to the first time I heard it, this song just stands out amongst them all as the best. It's just too catchy and it perfectly captures the essence of the level of which it accompanies. You beat all these robots for the first time, get to Wily's castle, and this starts playing.. FIRES YOU UP!

yeah and the spinoff of that, Day Of The Tentacle. There's loads of these type of games on pc (e.g. the Monkey Island) series, but if you've got a creative bone in your body, there's also these engines that allow you to make your own. There's websites where people post their own point n click games made with these. Some are plain silly and short, some are surprisingly good. Oh, and you're spot on with the best Nes music, great video, gotta love it.

I believe the game you are referring to might be "Uninvited". You crash your car and wake up in front of a haunted mansion that you can explore. Funny fact-If you use the phonograph in the Game room , you'll actually hear a broken-record version of the main theme from Shadowgate. Crazy huh? Thank's for the comment!

Yeah, the top ten could have been devoted to megaman 2 alone. So much good music in that game. (In my opinion, the best game music of any game ever) This was by far, the most difficult list I had to put together. Stay tuned for the honorable mention video!
