after 11 years his dad gave w114/115 to his son... now it couldnt happen -car whould break down 10 milinin times, whoudnt be able to drive over 1 milin miles etc - i wish modern cars whould be as relable as past ones.

Actually the new e-class is quite impressive if you see it in person. The new e coupe is to die for, with its luxurious interior and completely glass roof.

I guess, its just not a very photogenic car.

My friend's dad has one. He has over 750,000 miles on it and it still drives like a new car. It's only on it's second engine! It's soooooo slow, but it makes up for that with amazing engineering and quality.
