Jo In Sung killed in this role! I saw A Frozen Flower before so I was surprised- This character has a similar authority "issue" but was definitely no Chief Hong Lim. Really good actor.

Definitely worth watching. It wasn't a happy movie, but it wasn't a corny melodrama either. It had some pretty funny parts but in the end it leaves you a bit shocked and wondering are people really that disposable? I only wish he had gutted that idiot when he had the chance... damn strobe lights...
