you should go to sprint and try the intrepid and actual production device...i tried the phone out before seeing this and i can say...it depends on the device and the intrepid is not as powerful as this(so i believe/think0so i dont know what gives

The iPhone is responsive but the lack of video recording, iffy keyboard when it comes to texting (which is what i mainly do), and no insurance just drove me away. WM 6.5, and even the next iPhone, still need to really nail the touch screen aspect.
Met a guy with the Fuze, he said he had the tuilt before and it was extremely laggy, he also said the fuze was amazing and not laggy, believe me winmo on a capacitive screen would be AMAzing, dont know why they dont push for it

Nonetheless the reason why he is pressing it a few times is because that screen is using resistive tech, there are two screens that must connect unlike the capacitive iphone/pre/g1 screen, rest assured there will be a device from htc with a capacitive screen running winmo.....winmo beats almost all OS's its the closet youll get to a pc

I recommend the Omnia because its lighter, don't have to jailbreak it to break the app store leash, its cheaper, the available carrier plans offer more, better more versatile camera, etc. Just all around more bang for your buck. iphone has a slightly snappier touch screen but thats overshadowed by the excessive price and having to pay for the same apps that others get for free. Kinda like paying for porn at one website before realizing that 300 other websites are free.
the iphone doesn't lag due to the fact that it doesn't have to do anything elaborate..all the apps are designed to be simple. Not dissing the iphone just being honest. The games for example are equal to that (in design) to nintendo 64. They games are great but iphone isn't gonna be handling anything like Halo or anything. Check out the new OmniaHD. iphone is gonna have to step it up to compete with it.
In my experience ..yes. Its a RAM issue , not a WinMo issue (Samsungs fault). If you are texting, watching YouTube, downloading music and GPSing the nearest Starbucks at the same time, then expect a littlte lag. However, the lag was only .08 sec. max compared to doing just the texting and music. To settle an arguement, we ran the same size programs simultaneously on my Omnia and my brothers iphone. Both had slight lag. iphone lag was less by .02 sec.
In the video it seems as if it is very lagy is it going to be like that when they release it or is it just in the pre-release version? but it does look good... and is it going to be paid or free to upgrade?
