I have been a fairly new follower of Dave Ramsey and I can say that I believe that he gives the people of America hope especially for the middle working class people. Financial Peace University was an awesome event. Keep up the good work Dave.
I watched the whole webcast @ my church it was awesome I have to say the story about Johnathon was so inspiring we should all strive to be like him I heard the simulcast is in september sometime I would like to see it again cause the connection cut out a couple times in the beginning and I missed a good chunk of the stories in the first half that will teach my church to BE PREPARED NEXT TIME !!!! lol GOD BLESS you Dave Ramsey hope to see you live one day soon here up in Canada
Dave Ramsey is a talented and relateable speaker. I enjoyed the event, but was glad I could show a new "listener" (there are no stations in Los Angeles that carry his show) his skills.

One thing you also did for me was to wake me up about our banking, politics, economy, etc. In regard to your latest project, I must say it sounds positive, but is it realistic? Fear isn't the problem. Instead let's ask why an economy built on "confidence" is any kind of an economy at all?
Finish what you started. The attacks against the banks ring loud and clear. Now demand real change of banking laws and end the Fed Reserve.

This isn't about spreading "hopelessness", it's about not running from reality. Turn off all the TV stooges, do some real research about what we're facing and then take action to protect your family.

Yeah, and you know what? The Christian faith is based off of fear. So let's not try and sell it that way. Americans are very fearful people...why do you think this economic downturn is even occurring? Please, stop posting the "inspirational" videos and start doing something about the state of the world. Bowing down to some nonexistent God will get us nowhere, maybe even dig us deeper into this hole we've created.

Dave is right on. America is at its greatest when the individual exercises responsibility in his/her own life. If we allow other people to solve our problems then we are just children, not Americans. Hardships are not the end of the world.
