He was scraching his belly but it happened to be where his penis was lol. Scraching there belly helps them raise there body so then there body looks more square. they were taking a picture so he wanted his 150k bull to look the best he could :))

its called a cattle cane. its used for moving of the feet during showing in the arena. the scratching under the belly calms the animal down and relaxes them. hope i could be of service for ya mate.
