I loved playing it, and we actually took it a bit faster than this during the concert. I loved every second of it and I wish I could get a copy of the music from my old instructor so I could keep playing it.

@MWRredundant i think its just because in holsts stuff, saxophones barely ever get the solo. the clarinet got one in the intermezzo and now holst wanted to mix it up. however both solos are cool. i especially like the part in this at 1:32 when the clarinets lead the duplets

This song makes me think of someone singing/humming/whistling a tune (main melody), and another person getting pissed off at it, so the other person starts making all sorts of annoying distractions (Greensleeves, trumpets at 1:33, etc.) to stop the guy's singing.
