this is video is bullsh*t i can say that as a fact i am in the video i was a resident there if they are so "helpful" how did they allow my best friend to commit suicide while staff were right outside her door... they didnt help they made shit worse!!! i can say that for a fact! i was there for almost 5 years and being there my "behaviors" only got worse!
