  • I'm Canadian I lived in Honduras for several years, My wife is Honduran. When i saw the reports Zelaya was ousted we were so happy. I'ts a shame the news is twisting the truth to make Zelaya look like the best president, But the reality is he does not care about the poor or anybody, but himself, and most Hondurans support the new goverment and are happy Mel is gone.

  • It will be great idea if you write to the Canadian government, which is not supporting the new constitutional government. Also, please write to the media and express the truth.

  • More lies & biased snake-oil. Pro-coup supporters are not 1/10 as large as the massive social movement protesting the elite regime's heavy-handed exercise of oligarchic rule. Honduras' society is polarized because economic inequality is so extreme & the poor have become marginalized & disenfranchsed. The trope that Zelaya is dangerous because he's a stooge of Chavez is absurd. Brazil & Argentina are far closer allies with Chavez than Zelaya. Democracy is for ALL people, not just the well-off.

  • There is not more blind that the one that does not want to see. Open your eyes. It is not coup, it is democracy. In other words impeachment. Honduras is the little country that could. Nobody is inmune to the law. 99% of the Honduran does not want a dictatorship, we want democray. 99% support our legal government. Zelaya left the country in chaos. MEL IS A LIAR AND THIEF.

  • This is an example more that small cities like this one is against to Mel Zelaya. Mel has been a snake with Chavez. People in Honduras don't want MEL. MEL DON'T RETURN TO HONDURAS
