Its pretty good, especially since its kind of hard to rap on a beat like this and sound good. Its not like "One for Ghost" or "Mash" where there isn't much going on, this has a lot of vocal sampling which kind of makes it hard to get a word in.

I agree to a point but you also have to realize that producers makes these beats for rappers to use, and especially the Pete Rock's and J.Dee's made these beats for the young kids with dreams...
