THE worst customer service experience I've ever experienced in my life. Website is full of bugs that customer service uses to over charge account without your permission. Cancelling an order for a refund is impossible. Repeatedly claims cake has shipped yet will supply no tracking number. After one month of credit card charges and no cake I alerted the BBB and they were able to get my account credited. BBB has an enormous amount (16 in 2 months) of complaints against Daisy Cakes.You'll be sorry.

She's right on the money when she says people would rather have cake than flowers. Flowers are pretty but die in a week. I'm Much rather have the memory of a delicious melt-in-your-mouth CAKE!! Also, I just ordered the Red Velvet for my niece's birthday=D Go Kim Go!!!!

I like her personality. She's not pushy or over the top like the others but she is passionate about what she does. Her cakes look really good too and the tins are so pretty. I would keep the tin. I'm thinking about getting a cake to see what it taste like. Maybe the carrot. I just hope they find a easier way to get their product to costumers and maybe teach others how to make it while working with them so they can have more help because her mom is older and it would be easier on both of them.
