  • oh my... LULZ

  • Im trans gal and doing ok/ had surgery from dr suporn in Thai

  • ouch, That looks like quite the boo boo. Glad it looks fantastic L8R!!. AND @WilhelminaLSlater Read the description and watch the other vids! Its Chicago . Do you really think Her $33,000 total combined plastic surgery would not buy The whole package top and bottom? Its Thai Baht with is about 30 baht to ONE American Dolor so if it were the Suporn clinic she would probably eating caviar and lobster through a straw for that kind of money =P

  • What clinic is this at? Dr. Suporn's in Thailand?

  • how much u paid 4 this? i wanna do it? im barely doing research

  • This must've been so scary for both of you and I admire your bravery. I can tell that she loves you very much and it's great that you have such a wonderful person in your life to support you through the entire transition. We can see now how well everything ended up!

  • sorry, I'll post my questions here

    1) After a year and a half of the surgery. How's going the scar on your upper forehead. Is it better or bigger now ? Do you have loss hair on that area. ? Do still have to cover it with your hair ?

    2) Watching your videos before the FFS, I see your forehead skin is very tight. I'm wondering about the effectiveness of your scalp advance, because I've read that if it's no extra skin there, the results aren't very good in the long term. Is it like a face lift.

  • @rynnwarrior

    1) The scar is mostly invisible. Nobody ever commented on it. I've lost a little hair around the scar but my hairline was also pushed forward. There is no need for me to try to cover the scar.

    2) The scalp advancement worked fine, as far as I can tell. It's not a face lift.

  • @TrannyGirl15

Thanks for your reply. I want to do a FFS either, but my biggest concern is about the scars. If I don't do a scalp advance, just a forehead reconstruction, the scar could be done on the top of the head instead on the hairline. I'll consider your experience.

    Thanks for sharing, kisses.

  • @TrannyGirl15 how much hair do you loose ? is it just a very thin line/row of like a few strands across the scar ? , is the scar very thin ?

  • @DorianDietrichBlog It's about 3mm wide.

  • when will you get the bandages n stuff off so we can see the results?

  • I know this is so very much later after your FFS, but my goodness, you're a strong girl, hun! You seriously didn't look very comfy and all, and that drainage bag on your head.. well,,, just *sigh* Obviously I've seen what your looking like afterwards will all your newer videos, but regardless, that was quite a lot to go through. You had Dr. Z? I've heard the name, but not much more. I would wonder what his costs are compared to others. Pleasant Journeys!

  • hello Trannygirl15, i living in Paris ,France, i thiking about your brave heart, your are beautyfull girl, im transexual i did srs 3 years ago and im happy, now i thinking about ffs, but i dont know yet, i really happy for your surgery, God bless you!!!!

  • I think you have been very brave. Your girlfriend seems like she is very caring. I hope you are happy with what you have done. You said you didn't want the reconstructive surgery for the sexual part, because it wasn't reversable; or at least very hard to reverse. What made you decide to do it to your face? Isn't that irreversable, as well? Are you OK?

  • I believe FFS is reversible to some extent, but the fact that SRS is irreversible is just one of the reasons I'm not getting it. I made a video about the reasons why I'm not getting SRS ("When's Your Sex Change?").

  • God bless you. very brave. im sure you look beautiful

  • I know that you may not feel correct in the body you were born in, but is this really worth going through?!?

  • Yes.

  • @evilyuffie This video should be your answer whether or not it's worth it.. I don't know anyone who would go through this for fun lol

  • Dr Z made the FFS

  • Can u please tell me where did u got it done?

  • excellent art project material

  • Bloody Nora! I was quite upset watching this video, and can only wonder if the pain was worth it for you.

Obviously you look fantastic, now, but omg, that seems like quite an ordeal.

Say, Erin seems like a good and decent person. Just like Bert Raccoon - you had a good friend to help you out! ^_^

  • I admire your courage

  • love the douche attached to your head

  • It's a drain.

  • @TrannyGirl15 its a jackson pratt drain

  • @TrannyGirl15 your a guy thats wants to be a girl now looks like a girl but have a girl friend? im confused

  • @DreamsofCentaurs A male-to-female transsexual is not "a guy who wants to be a girl". Inform yourself. Google Lynn Conway.

  • @DreamsofCentaurs Not all mtf transexuals likes men. I'm male to female transexual and I have a girlfriend.

  • @DreamsofCentaurs trans doesn't equal gay. Sexuality is different from gender identity. Someone who self-identifies as a gender other than the one that "matches" (and I put that in quotes for lack of better terms ) their biological configuration isn't automatically a homosexual. Many trans people that I know are actually bi and/or pansexual

  • @Chris188228 ok...whats pansexual....never heard of that before.

  • @DreamsofCentaurs pansexuality is a sexual orientation, characterized by the potential for aesthetic attraction, romantic love, or sexual desire towards people, regardless of their gender identity or biological sex. The difference between pansexuality and bisexuality is that a lot of people who identify as bisexual are only attracted to people whose gender presentation "matches" their biological sex, whereas this is not the case with a pansexual person.

  • @DreamsofCentaurs Think of them as lesbians basically.

  • @willubhave thanks. i had figured out hrt and srs after i sent you the message.

  • @willubhave i dont know what g.i.d or srs means. care to explain...

  • a GLOVE in your nose?!?! Sheesh

  • @MaderNord Because you say so...well that makes it official.

  • she, dumbass. THATS why she did it. because she is a SHE.

  • I am glad you posted this. I want to eventually have some facial surgery, and it is something I am afraid and anxious about. It's also nice that you had someone looking after and caring for you with this.

  • The face stays swollen like forever. Good Luck girl!

  • where did u get your surgery??? i'm afraid after someone i knew ded under the knife....... hope u have a full recovery xoxoxo

  • Damn FFS looks like scary shit. I'm hoping at most I just do my jaw, because I'd rather not have to go through that terror ---^ you look like you're having to go through. :x

  • The jaw is the worst part.

  • Is Erin your GF?

  • Yes.

  • do u realize how helpfull are your videos?

  • You go to school fo dat shit my ninja

  • Your beautiful any way. But you didnt have to get surgery because you would have been a natural beauty. But you are a brave woman and i wish your the best from the best.

  • hi, every surgery has a certain % of risk, i'm glad you pass all that so well, and that you are now closer to the way you feel you should, at the end i'm glad for your health, and your goals, you are a beautiful girl. Congratulations and take care.

  • You are just SOOOO brave.... I admire you and am very proud of you.

  • <3 <3 <3 congratulations on your surgery! I wish you a fast recovery and am looking forward to seeing how your surgery turns out. Take care hun.

  • I wish you a speedy recovery!

  • I'm going to send prayers to you both for a swift recovery! May the Goddess bless you both for your bravery. <3

  • Your are a warrior. I wish you a prompt recovery.

  • You're such a brave girl.

I am so glad you are back and well.

    Wishing you a speedy recovery!

Thanx to Erin too, for supporting you.

  • Agreed

  • It's great to see that you did well, and that you had Erin there with you. A long time ago when you were thinking of FFS, I had commented on my Jaw surgery I had. Which was not pleasant (5 days in the hospital). It is hard to explain to people the "discomfort" of going through a major surgery. Oh, I have a list of soft food recipes that I was given at the hospital, that was from a nutritionist. I had to survive off that for 3 weeks, because I was wired shut. Let me know if you want them.

  • OMG, Maxim, you're so brave! I'm so happy for you that you've made this big step, and I hope you're as pleased as we will be with the results. You have our love and support, always!

  • You are in my prayers. I am on my tip toes. I hope to see you smile soon.

  • You're doing amazing if you can make a video at this point, but then you have some very amazing help.

The best to the both of you.

    Hugs, Christina

  • You are very brave!

  • don't worry kiddo, you'll look abfab once the bandages come off, and the swelling will take upwards of a year to fully come down.

  • all the best honey.

    Lexi

  • So good to see you - I think that your doctor is right - you will be absolutely stunning when you recover. Erin is wonderful and your relationship is something very special. Looking forward to seeing your progress in the days and weeks ahead. XXX.

  • we r sharing your pain . love you, and erin, how brave.

  • You recover quickly! Wow, that looks painful.

  • Have been thinking of you and Erin. The hardest part seems to be over. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

  • Its good to hear from you both, your face is pretty swollen and I hope the meds help with the pain. You were beautiful before and I am sure you will be even prettier after. Best of Luck

  • Thanks for sharing this. I've been thinking about you all weekend. I'm sure it will all be worth it.

Look after our girl, Erin. I know you will. You seem to have such a lovely supportive relationship.

    Love to you both.

  • You were beautiful before the surgery and I have no doubt you will be even more femininely beautiful once you have completed your healing. Warm thoughts are going your way. And, bless you, Erin. :-)

  • I cant explain how much this is helpful of you to report during surgery. It scares me. I have followed you quite a while, and i must say all these videos are priceless. Thanks~~

Je te souhaite une bonne récuperation. Tu prendras bien soin de ta blonde! ;D

    -Mtl Stalker rawr!! :P

  • You have been an inspiration to me for some time. You are so brave for shooting this video, while you are in this limbo state. You will always be beautiful no matter the outcome.

  • You are very brave and as beautiful as you were before the surgery, I just know that you are going to be gorgeous once you are healed. I'm sending you good thoughts.

  • Aw bless. I hope your recovery goes well and that you are happy with the results. You looked very good anyway, so I'm sure it will be fine.

  • wow, I would be scared of a sugery like that. You are very brave. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you are very happy when it's all over.

    Sending you love.

  • Congrats for the surgery^^, now please rest and take good care for the next days, my dear. Hope you recover pretty well. Best wishes for Erin and you =D

  • I wish for you a complete recovery and that you will be happy with all the results. I do hope everything continues to progress in a positive manner for you, as time goes by and you continue to heal.

I also applaud Erin's support and can see the love she has for you.

All the best to you as you continue your recovery.

  • I'd have to say that you're very fortunate that you have Erin by your side through all this. All props to Erin. You're very brave and inspiration to us all and thank you for sharing your journey with us. I wish I can fast forward one year to see the great results.

  • Thanks for sharing this video with us.You must be one brave girl for having this surgery. Its look quit painful! Wishing you a fast recovery! You will be even more beautiful then before! :-)

  • Glad to see that everything is going as well as could be hoped.

One of my best friends had breast augmentation last year. She said that it was more painful than giving birth. So plastic surgery can be very painful indeed.

Our thoughts and hopes are with you for a speedy recovery and a beautiful result.

  • I started watching you at the beginning of your transition. You have come a long way!

  • I just want to echo the comments of thanks for taking us through this journey with you and for your helpful makeup tips and such. You are a beautiful person and I can already tell that your face is going to look more feminine (although like Erin says you looked good before too) The shape of your face is more feminine. So thanks sweetie but now PLEASE STOP MAKING VIDEOS TILL YOU HEAL! My goodness that looks painful and you need to be resting. I guess if the doctor says its OK though?

  • Good luck. I hope it turns out for the best.

  • congratulations, seemed like for so long i was hearing talk of the ffs in your videos. thank you for taking all of us on the journey with you. you are teaching so many about so many different things, and giving some of us a chance to experience and become familiar with some things dealing with transition that some of us dont see face to face until were in your exact spot right now.

    thank you for your videos.

    xoxox jessica xoxoxox

  • it looks so painful ;[

  • Take care of her, Erin. I hope all goes well. Get well soon. =)

  • yeah.. your so lucky to have someone there for you.. looking after you.. supporting you.. and who can trust.. that's brilliant.. your both doing really well.. hope the rest of your recovery goes well..

  • how much longer will the doctor be doing surgeries? u went to dr o right? i heard he was retiring

  • I went to Dr. Zukowski.

  • i myself will being going though ffs and was wondering how much it cost u for the operation i hope u feel better soon best wishes to u.

  • Somewhere around $19500 USD + travel expenses. It's not cheap! That being said, if you only need your nose and chin worked on say, you can cut the cost down. You can pretty easily shop around for a price estimate.

  • I don't know you in person, but I keep watching your videos, I am TS myself... Just want to say that in my thoughts I am with you and your fantastic girlfriend Erin. I pray for you and hope that you'll be beautiful and more happy with your life! Hugs from London UK to both of you girls XXXXXXXX

    peace2U

  • congrats!!!

  • Take Care Erin ..... I am sure you will look BEAUTIFUL.

  • youre a brave girl posting so soon, I dozed in and out of consciousness for 3 days post FFS only 6 weeks ago so for you to be sitting up after 2 days is quite amazing

Please take it easy, youll find it very hard to talk for a few weeks properly, get plenty of rest and don't try to do too much

It takes 2-3 weeks for everything to settle down, then youll be able to start to see your looks and shape a little better and see how everything is turning out

youll be fabulous in no time xo

  • and do tell us what you had done..

  • We can understand you fine! Take care, I can't wait to see the end result?

  • That wasn't meant as a question.

  • wow i am sure you are excited!!! i already see the lips are more fuller.. I cant wait to see! good luck on the recovery.

  • Take it easy. I hope you don't force yourself too much.

Best wishes and hopes for your happiness.

  • Please take care. I'm glad that you made it through.

  • Well Done! it looks like you are on the mend. I am so happy for you and Well Done to Erin for helping you get through this. I wish you all the best. xXx
