The date is wrong. These are the closing credits from the 1988 TV movie Red River. The date should be April 10, 1988.

Theresa Lukenas worked at Salinas, California's KMST (now KION) in the mid 1980s.

There is a video on Youtube with her anchoring with Mark Ericson, a former KCOY news anchor.
