I was there also...I knew Andy and actually played pool with him a few days before this episode......Little Neck was a great place growing up but theres definitley something in the water...theres a collective of weird and unusual characters coming out of here that exceed the norm...Myself included

I was there too...my friend almost got his ass handed to him by a sniper. He was sneaking up a backyard trying to get a better look and a guy with an M60 points it in his face and goes get the fuck out of here! Lesson learned. Scary shit. That guy was crazy. Schitzos really need to be treated and not cottled by their parents. He killed both of his and burried one in the basement the other in the shed. God rest their kind souls and all involved in that awful episode.

@jllucky8 Since I've lived in Colorado many years, I have not been back to Little neck in quite some time, but it was a nice place to grow up back then. Needless to say, there wasn't much crime and guns were not as commonplace as they are today. When Andy showed me that gun at such a young age, it shocked me and I remember it to this day. His parents seemed nice but I didn't see them often.

That robot is what the military uses in Iraq, very great robot, from what I've heard, not in the military, just know alot so people usually think I'm in the military. I did not realize they made these robots back when, I thought they were put into production during the current Iraq War. They should've moved in when Andy shot the robot for the first time, come up from behind, while he's focused on the bot, then corner him and order him to surrender and drop his what appeared to be a shotgun

This happened in the fall of '91..

I was 5 years younger than Andy and grew up 4 houses down. I moved out of the neighborhood in '63. . But when I was about 9 or 10, Andy showed me a gun in his house house in '57 or so. Since he was considerably older, I didn't see him much after that and my mom didn't want me having anything to do with him. When I read of this in '91, I couldn't believe it. He still lived in that same house all those years with his parents (God rest). It blew me away.

I was there that night as a member of the NYPD. This nut job killed his mother, father, next door neighbor and two of his friends, the third friend got away shot in the leg and called us. I am way to familiar with Crazy Andy. We called him the Crazy Man and he'd follow us home from school in his old, noisy car. We'd hear him coming and he had this stare...creepy! Before the hostages, he killed 2 kids, his mom (found in sump pump weeks later) and dad (found in shed). I first saw this clip while at college and I became utterly histerical. It still terrifies me.
