I was kind of confused in this part when I first played, but I think this was actually one of my favorite parts of the game. It's very eerie and suspensful. I thought the body bags and walking into the morgue was a really nice touch, especially with the voices 'YOU SHOULDNT BE HERE!' The scarecrow design here is amazing, he is so creepy he is nearly inhuman. :)

Jonathan Crane is portrayed brilliantly in this game. When I compare him with other voice actors, they just don't sound as terrifiyng and horrifying as he does here.

Apparently his voice actor is Dino Andrade. I haven't heard of him before, but he definately deserves mention for this performance.

I think what makes scarecrow so scary is the pure fact of confusion. It's the knowlage that reality is being pulled away from you and all you can do is watch as the toxin takes over. It's less scary to see the joker because he is there in plain sight and you can punch him or run away. The scarecrow is so scary because you can't run away from him, he is everywhere, he is truly your own mind.
