It's a costume. This guy made it as a halloween costume. But he did a great job with the electronics and voice modulation. The only reason I uploaded this was because it was a wmv file that would not play on my mac. So I used Youtube to convert it. I never thought anyone would actually look at this.
Damn this guy did awesome work on the costume. I outta contact him for questions.
