when referring to this from your chemtrails discussions, please be aware that this is utterly different. We're talking about military aircraft passive anti-radar measures which consist of creating a cloud of radar-reflecting particles. In the old days, those were aluminium foil strips, today, it's tiny aluminium coated plastic particles. The only reason it shows up in relation to weather is: they do reflect radar, including weather (precipitation) radar. This is not what you want to prove...!

this is utter nonsense, sorry. Those particles are not used to change the weather but to disguise an airplain in a cloud of radar reflecting particles (much like creating a fog/smoke cloud around a tank on the ground).
