Oh so this is the japanese style toilet found in China..looks nice,the hole is facing opposite to the ones you video usualy.

Yes,this is the japanese style I was referring to.But I don't think it is imported,as the imported ones usually are either Inax or TOTO.

@GeorgeBushTheHero= I don't know about France. Though there are toilets like this in Italy and Sicily.They say toilets like this lessens the risk of hemmorhoids.

Of course, elderly peopl have a hard time squatting. I remember seeing one in Red Corner. Poor Richard Gere.

This is one of the toilets that I find acceptable in China.

Of course, it's true.

In rural areas in China, it's way worse.

But please do not forget, China is still a developing country. We are not rich. And the economy is not balanced all through the country.

We love our motherland. We work hard and have solid faith in ourselves. That's enough.

It is probably true.The Chinese government can be quite extreme.

At the beijing olympics they've made proper toilets for people around the world to use.

But cos the government are scared that chinese locals might contaminate them after using these types of dirty toilets. If they are caught using these sanitary ones they must pay 100 Yuan and have 80 lashings... bit extreme don't you think?!
