Except Tamil Nadu is not their homeland. Remember, Sinhalese people were not native to Sri Lanka. It states it in the Mahavamsam also. They came from Bengal and Northern India. I don't know what they're trying to play, acting as though they came to Sri Lanka first. From Rameshwaram you can see the coast of Jaffna on a clear day, your saying that they didn't try and cross it and the Sinhalese people came ALL the way from Bengal down to the island. ohh please!
