Put the net in your mouth = fuckin stupid! Just toss a few weights 50/50 from both clump weight over your shoulder.  With that technique allows a farther toss

Quite a nice guide for beginners, nice and proffesionally put together. There is a much easiar way to split the net in half without putting it in your teeth or over your shoulder.
