did you ever figure it out? mine runs a large circle un till it finds a wall. then it starts to go up ( like it should ) only to get "stuck" in the cove. if i dont move it it will just shut down
@jerryjoe28 - They finally repaired it (after I had to ship it back twice!!!) It has been running with no problem since but then again we only used it about 8 times before shutting down the pool...They originally wanted $500 to replace the motor but I refused especially since it only gets used about 12 times a year anyway. (We had sent it back the first 3 months we had it for the same problem...) We finally agreed to a $150 repair but believe me when it breaks again I won't be getting a dolphin
