Hello, commenters! I am the American girl you can hear on the video. I can assure you this guy, while eccentric, was not on acid; we saw him an awful lot on our trip. He seemed to be decently respected (or at least tolerated!) by the bar and restaurant owners on the beach. I remember he moved round really slowly and smiled a lot. I guess when you do your own style of yoga/dance for much of the day on the beach, you get pretty high and happy.

I met this guy when I was in anjuna a few years back. He is italian, his name is Stephano , he is a former dancer and would be artist and is completely and totally in love with himself.

He would always pick the busiest place on the beach or the busiest restaurant to do his weird workouts.
