  • if they could only get rid of zito

  • HE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM BASEBALL.... HES TOO GOOD

  • i was there with my friends. the pirates made a play that the umpires should have calld him out. GO GIANTS. we sat down the left field line

  • GIANTS SUCK BALLS WAS ON A 9 GAME LOSSING STREAK

  • left his bat on the field... wow

  • @xaqshuna2003 bat boy wasnt working

  • anyone who bashes lincecum somehow cannot come to terms with the fact that its a long ass season with twice as many games as any other sport you will have bad games its just how his works but its ok tim cant hear you cuz his cy youngs are lodged in his ears

  • lol the batter is number 15 so i thought the guy didnt know what his name was so he put "strike out 15" lol

  • World Series Champion and 2-Time Cy Young Award Winner! Outpitched Roy Halladay AND Cliff Lee twice!

  • Very obvious that many of you didn't watch Lincecum this year. You're just going off what ESPN told you. If you think he had a "bad" year, look up his stats. Look up what he did in every month outside of August. Look up how he threw in the playoffs. Was a 4-1 record while beating Halladay, Lowe and Cliff Lee twice bad? Was his 2.34 ERA, with 43 strikouts and only 9 walks bad? Was shutting down the mighty Rangers in Game 5, in Texas, to win the WS bad? (3hits, 1run, 10 strikeouts)

  • @corebare In May, he allowed 5 walks in back to back starts to go along with a combined 11 ER in only 9.2 innings pitched against two teams (Arizona and Washington) that went on to finish last in their respective divisions. On June 27, he only lasted three innings against the Red Sox, managing to give up 5 hits, 4 runs, and 3 walks in the process. On July 20 against the Dodgers, he didn't make it to five innings but allowed 5 runs over 7 hits, walking three and fanning only two. In addition, he

  • @corebare allowed four homers over six July starts. Not your definition of ace.

I think he will bounce back next year after a strong showing in the playoffs, but you cannot deny he struggled this year.

  • @joeyman62995 - You're saying he "struggled this year.." He had five average starts in August. Check his stats for the year and tell me if thats "Struggling." For him, 2 Cy Youngs, it was not his best year with that August.

  • @corebare That's what I was saying. He was struggling by his standards, which are obviously much higher than the average pitcher's.

  • pay off pitches with Tim always pay off :)

  • I miss when Lincecum used to be this good...

  • @joeyman62995 say wha?

  • @cattiguen In case you haven't noticed he kinda sucked this year... In 2009, he had a 2.48 ERA to go along with a 15-7 record, 1.05 WHIP, 261 K's and only walked 68 in 225.1 innings pitched. This year his numbers dipped considerably- 3.43 ERA, 16-10 record, 1.27 WHIP, 231 K's, and 76 walks in 212.1 innings pitched. The numbers don't lie. His velocity has dropped, his confidence has been shaken, and his delivery appears to be catching up with him. Sad, he was a great pitcher for my favorite team.

  • @joeyman62995 He's still a great. Just see how he does next year. He's only 26, I doubt his career is over right now

  • @hcvideoproductions I agree his career isn't over but he needs to settle in if he wants to be a Hall of Famer someday.

  • @hcvideoproductions I concur

  • @joeyman62995 yeah he kinda sucked...a measly 16 wins and he only beat derek lowe, roy halladay, and cliff lee (twice) in the playoffs and won the final game of the world series on the road with 3 hits and 1 run. you're right, kinda disappointing.

  • @thebassline707 Aside from his win total, the rest of the stats you mentioned were playoff stats. I was talking about the regular season. I think Lincecum is a great pitcher he just had an off year in 2010.

  • @joeyman62995 he just had a horrible August, it happens. The way he bounced back from that month just shows how great he really is.

  • @tonyjh34 Yeah I guess you are right. Let's see how he does next year though- his delivery better not cause any problems, short or long term.

  • @joeyman62995 - You haven't a clue of what you're talking about. After his 0-5 August, he carried a 1.55 ERA into the playoffs, where he had a 4-1 record. In the playoff he had a 2.34 ERA, with 43 strikouts and only 9 walks. He beat Roy Halladay, Derek Lowe and Cliff Lee TWICE. And not only did he beat Lee, but he also shit down the Ranger powerhouse offense he killed the Yankees. Then, in Game 5 of the World Series, he threw a 1 run, 3 HIT, 10 strikeout game. - You're a Giants fan? Really?

  • @corebare I take it you are responding to my original comment, the one that I posted three whole months ago? And I am not denying he had a great year after August, but even outside of August he hadn't been quite as dominant. I saw Tim Lincecum pitch live twice this year and both times he was the losing pitcher. You want proof Lincecum had an off year? '09 first half stats: 10-2, 2.33 ERA, 149 K. '10 first half stats: 9-4, 3.16 ERA, 131 K. I'd say that's an off year.

  • LET TIM SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheGarryt Smoking is really bad for your health, and your lungs. And for a starting pitcher, you need those things. Not letting Tim smoke would be a very wise decision if Tim wants to continue baseball.

  • @hcvideoproductions

Talking about cannabis (marijuana). When used in moderation it is good for you. But smoking cigarettes, yes is bad for your health.

  • this was my first baseball game and what a show!

  • nice TIMMY!!!!!!!

  • i was hear sitting in view reserved

  • i was at this game i was in the left field bleacher
