  • I am filled with admiration for the people who can design, manufacture and programme a machine like this.I am a layman in this area and have not the slightest idea how this is done.

  • O.o how did u get here from minecraft?!

  • i work as cnc machinist DOOSAN 400L I never the machine without a coolant....in this video the machine in dry condition.

  • How much does it cost this machine ???

  • Americans never get it how much easier everything is if dump that stoneage inc system

  • very interesting thanks for sharing!!

  • That is an amazing piece of machinery!

  • So embarrassing. That first cut demonstrates how weak this machine really is. This machine cannot compete with the Mori NT1000 or NT2000....not even close!

  • Great !!

    I worked with a 300Y. It had a secondary spindle/part transfer capable.

Mazaks are good machines to work with.

Always wanted to see the machining of a crankshaft though.

  • muito bom essa maquina.

  • la mazak indubbiamente e leader ,nel mercato delle cnc ,molto veloci nel cambio utensili ,e ben strutturata ,anche per piccole lavorazioni. parola di un tornitore parallelista tradizionale

  • no cooling needed?

  • Very, very, impressive ...... don't like to even think about the cost of a unit like this or its phalanx of tooling. But that level of coolant ....is that as it runs in the normal course of events or had it been turned down for filming ?

  • cool I wish I studied mechanical or automotive engineering instead of civil eng....

  • We want one !!!

  • We want that machine !!!!!

  • great video dude.. i will show this video tomorrow on my presentation..

    thank you so much :)

  • what a super therminator

  • 4 inline with one clamp% _

  • Billet cranks are just pure engineering sexy.

  • How much would one of these machines cost? If it is capable of making crankshafts for NASCAR or Formula 1/Indycar, it would do for anything, right? I am looking for one.

  • Wow, 3 hours for all that work is impressive to say the least.

  • This video was taken several years ago of the Mazak Integrex 200Y. Today's comparable model is the Integrex i-200.

  • what machine are you using in process?

  • whats the total machine time for a crank like that?

  • @TexasAceAA - This demo is some years old now, and it produced several orders from NASCAR teams around the nation. I believe cycle time was under 3 hours, including the angled, gun-drilled oil holes. Before this, teams had no flexibility and needed to order cranks months in advance. The Integrex allowed race teams to have a new crank each week to meet track conditions. The machine revolutionized the sport.

  • @addymachinery That's a pretty nice start thing. The racing industry became so much better over the years. CNC has truly made its mark.
