I recomend you render on PNG, and then pick every image and put them on a video editor, you wont face bugs that way

But im worried about that light flickering and shadows in the vray rendering, why is that? one more thing, I know it takes too much time but 24 fprs it looks much more realistic than the default.

@rickymontero his GI setting are real low, it flickers when their low but it renders 20x quicker

@rickymontero Search anti flicker vray settings to avoid that.
