Well in case you haven't noticed, Hyesung and every other members of Shinhwa sings English with an accent on purpose. It makes Asian songs unique. We are not trying to impress people by singing in perfect English, instead, we show skills in making accent sound amazing. Hyesung spoke English in many concerts and he sounded fine.
