  • Whats anyone's opinion on the Hustler Gold Pro Edition Stripper Pole? I want to get my sister a pole for Christmas, and have no idea what to buy? If someone could give me some input I'd appreciate it thanks.

  • Peekaboo poles and other like poles are NOVELTY gifts. Hence why they're sold in adult and novelty gift stores such as Spencers. They're not made for true dancing and do not hold any body weight. If you want to ole dance, save up your money and look into lil mynx, platinum stages or x-pole. Which are meant for actual pole dancing and used in various pole dancing studios, competitions, etc.

  • I GOT THIS POLE 10 bucks i paid and the worst 1 ever, the seller didnt tell me i wasnt allowed any weight on it, (ebay) now i c they r selling for $70+ im a pole dancer and been doin it for a while, now im happy with the X pole cos peekaboo poles suck a$* and can eat a ****

  • I bought a peekaboo pole and it only lasted me like 3 or 4 months.. it BROKE ON ME ..It would fall and it was a waste of money i regret it and i weigh only like 135

  • its show pole only u cant do anything apart from play NEXT to it, i had one to sooooo Fukd, although mine hasnt broken, it has no grip its crappy

  • wear shorts hunni, it will work a lot better...

    and get an xpole :)

  • hi guys, the peekaboo pole was made for flirty fun. our new Electra-Pole is our professional pole - still made with the unique 3-part pole system and still doesnt need to be screwed into the ceiling. On the Electra pole you can spin, flip, invert etc all to your hearts content! but the original pole is great for hens and girlie nights or a bit of flirty fun with your partner ;) Have fun everyone! x

  • BEWARE PEOPLE

Electra Poles are fixed onto the cieling with plastic and have been known to come down.

  • Actually you can't. I am 95 pounds! It fell over, and smashed into my 1400 tv!!! I also cut my hand in the three slotted peices that eventually fan out from the pressure!

  • @PeekabooPalace yeah you can only spin clock wise on it! if you go counter clock wise the screws come loose and it falls down causing INJURY.Maybe you should let people know that little snid bit of information :)

  • lol dont be scared girl do it~~ we flip on minez u gotta secure it,. pull it up to the red strip and have a strong guy push it up to the wall i have had minez like that for 3 months and no one has hurt them self i am 150, and if my ass didnt break it ur good~~~

  • lol that was funny:-D. That'll be me because I'm not goig to know what the hell I'm doing either :P

  • he :l it is a proper pole acctuly nd it wnt up ryt so tht is y i cunt do it nd i ad pulked a muscle so gt a grip u fukin old bag!

  • It's not a proper pole. It's for hen nights and that type of thing, certainly not for proper moves, you can see in this video that it's slipping.

    X-Poles are professional, Peekaboo isn't.

  • I agree. Peekaboo isn't made for real pole dancing--it's made just for walking around and sliding up and down, not for inverts or spins. Try Lil Mynx, X Pole or Platinum Stages for those types of impact tricks. Otherwise, stay away from Peekaboo if you really want to pole dance.

  • calm down, have a cup of tea.

  • Ha. It's not really for pole dancing either. Buy a professional pole.
