  • instead of bittersweet chocolate chips can i add vegan cooking chocolate?

  • @furuzon12 probably, but I am not sure

  • i am drinking this at the moment and its soo gooooood ! -i am a chocolateholic ^-^ -

  • @LadyMiako Thanks, I personally love it

  • you show so much energy :D it is so nice!! thanks for sharing your recipes

  • @donninolauri I try

  • It looks so much prettier and tastier than regular hot chocolate!

  • @forevermariott It does, vegan or not, homemade hot chocolate is so much better than the packs

  • @VoxNeruda If you pull together some facts, send them to me in a message, I will use what you have shared to broaden my views

  • @TheSweetestVegan The journalist Greg Pallast has written articles.

    Do your own work.

  • @VoxNeruda I know where you're coming from wanting everything to be cruelty-free, but unfortunately that can't be for multiple reasons.

    1) it's easier for people to follow a lifestyle that's AFFORDABLE.

    2) "Boycotting products that are 99.9% vegan sends the message to manufacturers that there's no market for this food, which ends up hurting more animals" (PETA org).

    3) The point of being vegan/pro-equality is to pave way for change 1 step at a time (i.e. cause before personal sinlessness).

  • @VoxNeruda My point is, no one is perfect & no one will every be. There will always be wrong in this world...having said that, there is plenty more wrong going on out there than using "uncertified" cocoa powder.

As I said, I know where you're coming from, but I think there are bigger veggies to steam out there & it wouldn't be a bad idea to tackle down the most harmful ones first before we come here & take our anger out on a person who's only helping vegans enjoy a nice cup of hot chocolate.

  • @TakeMyCookieBoss Thank you so much for saying that. I completely see the point of using certified chocolate, but people have to remember that people are at different levels. If I make recipes that with expensive or unattainable ingredients (for myself included) the audience I am trying to reach (non vegan) will just check out.

  • @TheSweetestVegan exactly! yeah, no worries, dude... keep doing your thing =D

  • @TheSweetestVegan Please tell that to the Ivorian child.

    Buy Mexican.

  • @VoxNeruda Your really passionate about this.I suggest you make quality videos, gain an audience, and spread the word.

  • @TheSweetestVegan We suggest you stop subsidizing slavery.

  • @TakeMyCookieBoss You explain that to the Ivorian child.

    Buy Mexican.

  • Doesn't chocolate chips have either milk or some kind of animal product?

  • @athropods Normally the chocolate chips are with coconut milk. But a simple way to do this is with black chocolate and it's ready! :D

  • @athropods Bittersweet chocolate chips usually don't. Mine contains soy. Check the ingredients

  • youre always happy :D

  • @chickies0peck I try to be

  • Ty for the info on the pinning thing . I can`t make this or I will be dead by chocolate LOL .

  • If the point of veganism is to prevent the exploitation of animal-

why are you using uncertified chocolate?

Ivorian cocoa is produced by child slave labour and your precious Hershey is collusive.

  • @VoxNeruda Im sorry I can not cover every vegan topic, but you are welcome to start a YouTube channel that explores that sector

  • @TheSweetestVegan You avoid the question- though rhetorical.

We suggest you shed your ignorance and reflect deeper upon food choice.

  • @VoxNeruda Oh, be quiet and calm down.

  • The bloopers are so cute. My question for your talk time is, do you plan on staying vegan for the rest of your life? And if you ever have children, will you encourage them to go vegan as well?

  • @eddieyyy3 Thanks so much for the questions!

  • This loooks reaaaaaaaally good! I can tell from your reaction! ;)

  • do you think we could use this for a chocolate cake recipe?

the consistency looks like that of a chocolate cake mixture!

    what do you think?

maybe i should give it a go!

  • @TakeMyCookieBoss I dont think it would work, but maybe with flour??

  • @TheSweetestVegan yeah! that's what i meant =D

Haha, i shall try it this week and report back, chief! ;]

  • So much enthusiasm! I love it.

  • What brand are you using for bittersweet chocolate chips??

  • @LynSire Ghirardelli

  • @TheSweetestVegan Thanks!!

  • That looks awesome i love a thick creamy hot chocolate with marshmallow or whipped cream SIMPLY DIVINE ...and thanks for talking about "pinning" because the new youtube has really been frustrating me lol at least pinning will make things a lil better WOOOOO

  • @hmarjus2 lol, yeah this was the most changes they have made in a long time

  • Please stop yelling at us. Inside voices.

  • @noskool319 Adjust your volume, different speakers vary

  • How much of the ingredients would I need if I wanted to make it for a few people?

  • @dreamsofelegance The ingredients in the description is enough to serve two people, so you can judge from their depending on the number of people you want to serve. Adjust the almond milk depending on the thickness you want.

  • Hmm will make this for my son, his grandma and I on christmas day with some marshmallows sounds luxurious :)

  • @GothyPingu Great!

  • I didn't know about the pin option cool :)

  • @silentjealousy77 It is cool

  • @computersforidiots not funny, Im working on that

  • ..but don't the chocolate chips have milk in them??

  • @computersforidiots Nope Ghirardelli Bittersweet has soy

  • @computersforidiots Bittersweet chocolate chips normally don't have milk in them, if you read the back of the bag it will say.

  • @cook4life94 Thanks

  • Is that a YouTube Cutting Board? AWESOME!

  • @petris112 Yeah it is, and it is so cool
