A demonstration like what is shown in this clip (Part 5 of 12) is the very thing that sold me on David Deida's work and practices back when I first attended a workshop with him back in 2001 - the practices' actual value, it's effectiveness and what David's "yogic" work is truly rooted in. The obvious and virtually immediate unwinding of the tension in that girl's heart, mind and body and it's equally immediate effect on the audience is amazing to watch. Real and beautiful.
