  • Fucking dumb as shit. You get nowhere working the same muscle everyday. When you workout you tear down your muscles and it takes 3-5 days to recover. Rest and diet is just as important as training.

If they only trained their legs they would get shin splints. You obviously don't know anything about the human body. Rest is extremely important. So is diet. Overtraining is very serious and it can take up to a year of rest to recover from it if you strain a muscle too hard.

You don't see people in their twenties going around with a crane dumb shit. Sure this guy do push up every day, but he rests when he go to sleep. And that also applies to your leg. My point is, you are dumb, and training a part of your body over and over is not going to tear down your muscles.

  • @9164523 you're actually fucking retarded bud. When you walk or run you're doing aerobic exercise. If you are doing sets of 8-12 squats with rest periods in between, then you're doing anaerobic exercise. You're using ATP as your main source of energy primarily for the latter as opposed to glycogen and fat. So what does this mean? You're using a higher effort doing anaerobic exercises rather than aerobic exercise so you need more recovery time because your muscles are broken down more.

You will be hard pressed to find any bodybuilder that even works the same muscle twice a week. I don't think bodybuilders are fat, do you? Please read McMarkyMark's comment explaining the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercises because he knows his stuff.

  • @coolmaster5000 Dude I'm a powerlifter, I work biceps monday, chest wednesday, legs thursday, and triceps friday. You don't have to run this to me and plus I run and work on my obliques every day. And so far my health has been in its prime.

The fact that you have 2 days dedicated to arms and none for back shows that you're an ego lifter. Powerlifting isn't the same as strength training, it's maximizing the big three (squat, bench, deads). Their workouts arent based on muscles, they're based on lifts. If you want to call yourself a strength trainer fine but you're not a powerlifter.

  • Dude stop doing what you are doing you gonna hurt yourself. You are not gonna see any result with that kinda training it takes 73+ hours for a muscle group to recover. If you want mass and/or more definition on your muscles you need to train different muscle group every day with a high protein diet and remember while training you do not build up muscle you break them down and while recovering they build up, good luck! :)

  • Try dips or pull ups(wide grip) and instead of doing it every day just twice a week, and instead of doing a ridiculous amount of reps try strapping weight around your waist and progressively increase it. Plus Incorporate a nutritional plan to follow. I bet you'll see mad results quick, that is if you get the nutrition right of coarse.
