Politicians are blindly following "the MONEY" because they need to get into office and remain there. This money is in turn used to manipulate them. The owners of the world's wealth DO have a clear agenda. Why else would it be happening all at the same time all over the world?
They need friendly governments who can control their populations and make it stable for them to invest and prosper. They want laws that favor them. Not the people.

Interesting thoughtful video, I totally agree with the idea politicians can't to see into the future or look into the past properly. Definatly here politicians only have an attention span between the last time a party got in power and only see forward as far as the next election. And the politics of fear thing is really ramping up again everywhere. Its good to see people talk about it as its the first and maybe best step to countering the problem.

interesting thought, it just occured to me reading your comment -i said there might be a system failure in democracy , but most likly it is our (the people) failure to fight for freedom in our societies , so in that sence -yes you said it all with "people talk about it as its the first and maybe best step to countering the problem."
