Butt-stomping near any "egg-spitting plant" (Sorry, I don't know the official name of any of the enemies in Yoshi's Island, lol) will automatically make it spit the maximum amount of eggs it's allowed in regards to the amount allowed on screen at once (6).
If you have zero, it'll spit 6; if you have 2, it'll spit 4; etc.
I think its a very hard game to speedrun

running on the yellow/red platforms that move to the right is faster than jumping off of them.
