Shuckle can be found in Route 224, with Emerald version in the DS's GBA slot. There's an 8 percent chance of you finding it. They come at level 23 in Diamond/Pearl and level 52 in Platinum.

Did you know that Shuckle gets 600+ Def at lvl 100? Regirock is in 2nd with around 400 Def
